These cut gemstones come from some of the best agate mineral deposit locations in the world such as Slaughter Mountain, Deer Creek, Oatman Arizona, and some from the gemstone mines located in Calvillo Mexico. Deer Creek Arizona Gemstone DCG016 - This Deer Creek fire agate gemstone cabochon measures 27 x 20 x 3 mm and weighs 14 carats. It is freeform cut and displays a rainbow of colors including red, orange, green, gold and a small amount of purple and blue. It has a wonderful array of mixed colors, a nice variety of bubble formations, a unique free form style cut, and the fire displays well in most lighting conditions. Deer Creek is well known for quality gems that often display bright and vivid color variations.

Slaughter Mountain Arizona Gemstone SLG066 - This dazzling Slaughter Mountain fire agate gemstone is a finely carved free form cabochon, which has a bright and multi-colored bubbly pinfire display. Slaughter Mountain Arizona Gemstone SLG024 - This bright and colorful gemstone is a freeform cut cabochon, which has a bright and multi-colored bubbly pinfire display. It has a wonderful array of colors that reflects well in most lighting conditions. This high quality gem is flat bottomed and was mined from Slaughter Mountain, Arizona.

SLG068 is a group of five Deer Creek and Slaughter Mountain fire agate cabochons - This 5 piece group of smaller sized free form cut agates have a total carat weight of 4.6 carats, with all displaying nice full coverage fire. These gems originate from Deer Creek and Slaughter Mountain, Arizona. They are all polished flat bottomed gemstones which are ready for final jewelry setting or mineral specimen display. The individual gem measurements, weights, colors and origin are: Gem #1: 8 x 6 x 1.5 mm, 1.25 ct., orange/red/green, Slaughter Mountain, Arizona Gem #2: 7 x 6 x 1.5 mm, 1.05 ct., green/gold/teal, Deer Creek, Arizona Gem #3: 11 x 2.5 x 1 mm, 0.50 ct., green, Slaughter Mountain, Arizona Gem #4: 8 x 4 x 1.2 mm, 0.85 ct., multi-colored, Deer Creek, Arizona Gem #5: 7.5 x 4 x 1 mm., 0.55 ct., green/red, Slaughter Mountain, Arizona The colors found within fire agates are created by the Schiller effect, as found in mother-of-pearl and opals. It is caused by the alternating silica and iron oxide layers which diffract and allow light to pass which forms the interference of colors known as fire. This play of color requires good lighting for best fire display and the gems will appear darker and/or brown colored in low light conditions.
	This wonderful gemstone has a green pinfire bubble structure with splashes of orange that displays well in most lighting conditions. This stone is from Slaughter Mountain, known for some of the best fire agates in the world with intense color variations from bright reds and oranges to intense greens, purples and blues. 	This freeform Deer Creek fire agate cabochon has wonderful colors and great bubble formations. It has copper, green and orange color shades that display well in good lighting conditions. 	This shark tooth shaped Fire Agate cabochon was cut and finished by Fire Agate US. It has a nice botryoidal bubble formation with orange, red, gold and speckled green colors. This polished gemstone is ready for setting or display.	SLG064 Slaughter Mountain 21 x 15 x 4 mm 11.4 Carats
	This cut and polished piece was an early practice stone cut by Fire Agate US. It contains some nice colored fire layers but it also requires bright lighting conditions for good display. 	This Fire Agate was cut by Fire Agate US and is a two nodule stone that has different viewing aspects and fire types. One nodule displays a fiery red lava style and the other has a multi-color bubble display. This gem requires good lighting conditions for best fire display. 	This Fire Agate cabochon was cut and finished by Fire Agate US. It has a very nice botryoidal bubble formation with orange, red and green colors, refracts well in most good light conditions, has a slightly curved bottomed, and is ready for setting or display. 	This beautiful Fire Agate gemstone is from Calvillo, Aguascalientes, Mexico. It is a 16.6 carat free form cabochon that measures 24 x 19 x 4 mm and displays a wonderful mixture of colors. 	This free form cut Fire Agate cabochon displays a nice crackled style lava pattern with brown, orange, green and red colors. 	This gem displays green, red, bronze, orange, gold, and some purple and blue colors. Calvillo Fire Agate (Agata De Fuego as it is called in Spanish) mines in the Mexican State of Aguascalientes are known for producing quality fire agate gemstones with mixed colors. 	This Fire Agate cabochon displays a rainbow of colors, a nice variety of bubble formations, a unique free form style cut by Fire Agate US, and displays well in most lighting conditions.
